Hi all

Here is my Ring of Heroquest Narrators report;

Stevecon is a small but perfectly formed informal games convention held in London about quarterly. We all got together to decide who would run what. There were numerous games on offer, but I was happy that a number of people had said they had heard of Heroquest and were keen to give it a go. I ran Neil Smiths *The Peace Process* and had a full house of 6 players. Each participant threw themselves into their characters with great gusto, which was a hell of a lot of fun for me. Everyone said they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the system. They particularly enjoyed the traditionally non-combatants being able to participate in fighting contests although they lacked weapons. A harsh word can be devastating!

The guy who played Sarotar walked off with his prize of a freshly minted copy of Dragon Pass. During the interval he cornered me to run through character creation and spoke of his intention to set up a Heroquest game with his gaming friends! All in all a good day!

Rob Davis
