Hi all
We are discussing Tatius on the Whitewall group. We know from KoS that he is a Yelm Imperator type guy. Does that preclude him from being an Imperial Citizen? Is he an Imperial Citizen? Don't you have to be a Lunar worshipper to be an Imperial citizen?
I think this question may sound a bit digest-ish, but I'll try my luck and duck if I see a moderator coming!
