Are some gods, like Flamal and Mostal, dead?

Sorry if it's a stupid question but I thought that after the big shindig  in the Underworld which resulted in the creation of time that all the Gods there (i.e. those who were dead but not annihilated by Chaos) went back to being normal, living Gods again.

Also where can we go to read more on Gloranthan myths for those of us who don't have access to pre-1990's publications.
