Okay, so Halloween is two month gone (almost), but a news item aboit the Roman undead caught my eye, and led to making a list...

Zombie figs:

Roman Zombies (Early Empire): http://www.ghastlyco.com/ (scroll down to get to the proper spot)
Eight bodies, seperate heads & (some) arms to make your own Lunar Zombie hordes!
(plus, they have a statue of Lenin, for you Red Star types)

Celtic Zombies:
Not to be beat, Alternative Armies has Celtoid zombies for your Sartarite Late-night Marsh-Dwellers horde.

Ancient Greek Skeletons: Eureka Miniatures
(http://eurekamin.com.au/index.php?cPath=87_126_178&sort=3a) has skeletal
hoplites & greek cavalry (and skeletal pirates, too if you want to go swashbuckling on the Black Pearl...) plus "naked" skeletons and horses, and even a pile o' skulls!

Egyptian Zombies (okay, Mummies), good for Dara Happa or the Holy Country
(hey, the guy in charge calls himself the Pharaoh, for cryin' out loud!).
Crocodile games produce "Wargods of Aegyptus", and has all *sorts* of mummies in their game.

(and check out the greens gallery for a few new Rinliddi types).
The Warhammer Fantasy battle range "Tomb Kings of Khemri" from Games Workshop has plenty of Egyptian themed skeletons and mummies. Most other Fantasy minis manufacturers make mummies of one sort or another - most often in the Boris Karloff style of wrapping and pose.

Medieveloid Zombies and Skeletons
Games Workshop has their big box o' plastic Zombies and big box o' plastic Skeletons, which can even swap parts if you want particularly decayed zombies (or particularly slimy skeletons...). Check out the "Zombie Regiment" and "Skeleton Warriors Regiment" in the "Vampire Counts" army area.

Most other Fantasy companies make Skeletons and a handful of zombies.

Ral Partha used to make "Beastman Skeletons" (good for Undead Broo).

Wizards of the Coast had some nice skeleton/zombie trolls in their (old, now out of print) Dungeons and Dragons miniatures game (this was the one from a few years ago, and the figures were metal, not the plastic figures of the new game).
