I don't think that ley-lines are a Third Age Heortling thing. Might be something the EWF, God Learners, or the Pharaoh subscribes to. Might be something that some of the Esrolians think. But probably not the Heortlings (except to the extent that a bunch of holy places forming a spiral might be really magically powerful).
