Speaking of Mostali--are there any cultures or peoples who actually 'like' them or have any sort of relationship better than guarded neutrality?

Or are relations with dwarfs like those with dragons/dragonewts? They 'always' end in acrimony and violence and any counter examples which get mentioned (e.g. Pavis) are explained by saying that they just haven't collapsed... yet!
