Lunar penalties

I'm thinking of running a Lunar tax collectors scenario in the near future. What do you reckon the penalties (apart from the 100L fine for not completing your tax return by Stasis week of Earth season) are for:

i) assaulting a Lunar official (common assault e.g., grabbing someone's tunic, pushing them out the way)
ii) harming a Lunar official (a hefty punch etc.) iii) wounding a Lunar official (inflicting a hurt) iv) injuring a Lunar official (a serious injury) v) killing a Lunar official

My ideas are in reverse order:

v) crucifixion
iv) outlawry/slavery/crucifixion
iii) usually outlawry but could be slavery/crucifixion ii) usually a fine but could be outlawry/slavery/crucifixion i) usually a fine but could be outlawry/slavery/crucifixion

My feeling is that the Lunar official would have some discretion (either in the legal sense or because they can be bribed or corrupted) so it might be possible to get a away with a fine/bribe for almost any offence (but unlikely). Senior Lunar officials might also be readily influenced by pragmatic factors.
