No doubt others will reply but KoS (and other sources) note that he
pops back into the Middle World at Bullford at the Orlanth High Holy
Day (One Day) later that same year.
I think he becomes a mobile household, moving from place to place.
He's not able to deal with all the threats besetting his poor
kingdom. Rightful King but with no place for his own Hall, he emulates
Hendrik (see the TR prelude on the Issaries website) and becomes
_remarkably_ hard to catch. For a while.
