One could treat it as misapplied worship. Which would allow people to be sorcerers, shamans and priests of Comb & Braid (or any other east isles deity).

Masters of Luck and Death p45 would be the best option here. Chose one (or more) deities from the following:

         Skovara
         Danthar (spirit)
         Danfathar
         Drogarsi
         Hombobobom (spirit)
         Mercario
         Molamin
         one or more sorcerous entities

and - voila! - a Donandari groupie!
