I emailed Issaries last night with details of my Fan site, and concerns I had that some of the content may breach the new guidelines. They were extremely helpful and suggested that they might put up additional information on the Issaries site to cover some of my pages that paraphrased work in II books.
All I can suggest to worried people out there is talk to Issaries. They are extremely helpful to fans and will do their best to make this work.
Additionally they are phasing this in over 6 months to get it right so please give them a break and wait for Jeff's user friendly take on the legalese.
