First - everyone who participated in the raid gets an HP - which must be spent on raid-related activities. Herger, gets an additional directed point to his Honorable.
Second - the loot. OK, there are 12 ponies, about twenty sheep, 5 suits of mail, and 7 suits of studded leather. Quite a good haul.
