Kargan Tor was a deity of the celestial court, the gopd of conflict and war. His rune was Death/ Seperation and is argued to be the first rune that seperated order from chaos and so created the world. P.9 the cults compendium.

I'd depict him as a sword wearing armoured warrior, possibly much like Humakt.
