Duck Banners

This is partway between "what's canon Glorantha?" and "please invent something for me, my imagination's gone dead".

I'm painting this army of Ducks. One element will need to be recognisable as the general - obviously, he'll be Humakti. It seems to me that he should have a banner of some sort, or maybe musicians, or something. Ideas?

Banner preferred, as I can do one in a paint program and print it out - other odd objects will require modelling skills. But all ideas welcome.
