I myself use the term only vaguely. It is esentially an artifact from WB&RM
to illustrate a game concept. If the same standards were applied to the HW
game then a xw4 level qualifies for divine quality and a mortal/born being
with several would qualify as a superhero. But I myself have tried to avoid
using the word becasue it is so easily minuderstood in relation to costumed
comic book characters.
Using that definition aboe, then Sartar was not a superhero, Harrek is.
