You can't go from the God World to the Spirit World (or the Saint planes) without going through the Middle World (the Mundane World, or the Hero Planes, or the Underworld, or the Physical Moon). The Three Otherworlds absolutely* do not connect to each other (according to Greg). Not to say that a spirit can't have a False Node or False Home where he is contactable on the Essence or Divine Planes.

*It is true in the past, but this is the time of the Hero Wars, and all rules get broken
