Could you let me know what you ended up doing? I keep
intending to write this up as an example of a
"scenario" that can be altered and expanded to fit the
players, and real play-test examples other than my own
would be good. What you did, and why you did it, as a
sort of "how to be a flexible GM" tutorial.
