Yes, a primary way, but Bad (witha capital B). Any worship (propitiatory or otherwise) strengthens a deity. You are *supposed* to trust in the clan healers, not the Mother of Disease. it's equivalent to paying protection money to the mob. On a day-to-day basis it works out for *you*, but it's not healthy for the community.
