Yet I too have a nagging feeling that I've seen one somewhere - and if Peter doesn't know of it, it must be somewhere pretty obscure.
Didn't one of the RQA issues do a sort of "return to Snakepipe Hollow" thing? Sorry, I don't have time to look it out and check at the moment. Or could it be in a web-published scenario of some sort? I take it you've tried Googling?
