I'm not sure what Mike means by "faith" here, but do I
believe that if following a religion obviously and
demonstratably gave immediate material advantages,
people would still choose not to do so - yes, I do.
Some of them. Maybe many of them. For all sorts of
irrational reasons, because people are like that!
