ILH2 is in stock at my fullfilment house, Impressions, and they have started supplying the market via distributors. I don't really know how long it will take to get the books into game shops. Much of that depends on game shops wanting to stock the book, asking a distributor for it, who in turn gets it from Impressions.
Warehouse 23 has the book and should have their website updated to sell it by Monday. The Tradetalk site is getting their supply directly from me, which is just a matter of days from now.
I anyone feels they do not have an easy way to order it, they can purchase it directly from me. I'm willing to ship the book anywhere in the world. The book, with packing, weighs 13 ounces if you want to know what US Post Office airmail postage would cost.
That's the current situation on ILH2.
