Most men do NOT worship Orlanthcarl. They worship Durev the
Steadholder.
Those who are heavily into the specialist farmer/ploughman thing tend
to worship Barntar.
As was stated in TR, many of Orlanth's offices and jobs were passed on
to more capable sons when they grew up and surpassed their father.
Barntar ploughman being a classic one. Odayla the hunter being
another. Just like Lawspeaking and Trade have other specialist gods
(but if you want to just dabble in these, there's an Orlanth cult just
for you!)
Orlanth is a generalist.
