The bulk of what the Gloranthan community today understand Vinga to be has been written by Jane Williams. She took exception to the statement "Orlanth is a men only cult" several years ago and took it upon herself (or was asked, I really do not know which) to write up an alternative.

Vinga is what emerged from just a few hints (about three sentences in King of Sartar). I suggest that you contact Jane as to why Vingans wear overskirts and trews.
