Per the "Preparation" section on page 102, it's at least 1 hour per +3 augment (from all sources).

So if you want a +20 to your ritual, that's 7 hours minimum. And that doesn't include waiting for the stars to be right...

Rituals are explicitly *not* meant to be "fast".
