Does that sound to anyone else like Ian could perhaps be helping make the potential complete product a little more complete...?
Though if course if you drop the hang-up about hard-copy, just publishing the whole lot on a web-page somewhere does not require any minimum quantity. Quality, yes, quantity, no.
