My initial thought was "Bulls in the Vinyard" - A bunch of Uroxi turn up at Clearwine insisting that there is chaos present, and they are here to deal with it...

(Isn't there an incident in KoDP where the Storm Bull Heroband turn up to deal with chaos...?)
