Greg and I spent a lot of time over the last two years exploring Second Age Kethaela, and Casino Town never showed up. I don't think it exists in the Second Age, or if it does, it is just a roulette wheel.:)

Probably not even Asrelia - probably the essence of Luck can be found there.
