I couldn't get it to work with Safari, so I set up Firefox and it just worked. I logged in, went to the list of free RPGs, and hit the "Free Download" link. The only thing left to do was to tell Firefox to save the file to disk.

So if you're using Safari or Internet Explorer - try Firefox.
