Only restricted to an Orlanthi all, though. They mention that there are
female warriors and male healers, they are just the exceptions. They also
say that traditionally, the four providers (herder, farmer, hunter,
fisher(?)) are equally open to men and women, but in practice, all (i.e.
85%) are men.
