And I probably should have been clearer - I, Jeff Richard (aka "who the xxxx is Jeff Richard" as Gaz succinctly puts it), am working with Lawrence Whitaker and Neil Robinson on the Pavis Book. Not Jeff Kyer (at least not at this point).
