initiates, devotees, & feats

I've seen a lot of incorrect and/or misleading answers to this.

Affinities are big juju. Feats are bigger juju.

Initiates have affinities at their affinity score. They can use the affinities. They do not have access to feats in their affinity. Period. Ever. No way. No how. Unngh huh.

Devotees have cemented feats at their affinity score. They also have the affinity at its score. And they have un-cemented feats at their affinity score minus an improv penalty.

This should be in a FAQL somewhere.
