I'd point out that all Ernalda Allmother types have access to aid/hinder conception. But, Vingan's don't have access to this. It would make some sense that they'd get some help so that they might not find themselves impeeded in any duties they might have while being gravid. Vinga seems to be a very duty/job oriented woman == the heortling career woman. =)
