Uleria is known to the Heortlings, but her wilder passions are contrasted with those of the community-building Vela the Matchmaker. In the Vela subcult description, Uleria is described as a demon.

In the cities however, I'm sure Uleria is both recognised in a more positive way and perhaps worthy of worship.
