The list is set to 'no attachemnts' and I suspect that the 2 chapters were supposed to go to Fabian, and not to the list in general?

If not, the chapters can be attached to the website in the 'uploaded files' section.

I'm generally opposed to folks sending files to the list due to some rather... disquieting episodes in the past.
