Organisation:
Cell structure no cell has contact with any other in the structure. Individual can be called upon but they have no idea of they truly work for. Mission orders come directly from the Director via courier who is disposed after completion of task.

Employment
The IMF hire three types of people agents, artisans and couriers. Couriers are homeless people with no family who are paid off after a completed job. Technically a job is never completed. A series of instructions and information are magically implanted in the couriers mind. This information will be divulged once the code phrase has been given by an agent. Once the information has been given the couriers brain implodes or if he is lucky he goes utterly insane. Artisans are hired on a task basis this is usually through fear or blackmail they do know who they are actually working for. Agent Phelpus. Jonaton Trollbane is the current tribal king of the Aranwyth. In the past he has remained netural to the Empire. We have received information that this maybe changing. Your mission, if you choose to except, is to have him replaced. No suspicion is to fall on the Empire and if you or any of your force is captured no responsibility will be accepted. Your usual party will be available plus any artisans that you may wish to use. The following information may aid you in your mission.

Bera Strongbrain is the current chieftain of the Brown Horse clan. This clan has always been an Elmal clan and has become increasing more sympathetic to our objectives. An agent has been in place for sometime cultivating this attitude. This agent may make him or herself known. Bera Strongbrain has gained much support due to grain she has freely distributed among needy tribes people. Obviously the Empire feels she would be a perfect candidate for Tribal king. She has indicated too are agent that if made tribal king she will do all in her power to subdue all Orlanth worship and convert the tribe to that of purely Elmal worship.

Obviously a scapegoat will be needed to complete a successful mission following is information which maybe of use. As always the exact circumstances are up to you.

Rann Blaenson the son of the current Anlafi chieftain gathers magic items. It is well known that Trollsbane has several which he has refusedto sell to him.

Various stories have been circulated among the Humakti of the area that has been hinted that Jonaton may have done something dishonourable some years ago while with mercenary band in Volsaxi land.

More stories have abound about certain meetings between Jonatons wife and a Pol Joni Chieftain. This may draw him out of range of the clan Wyter allowing an attempt on his life.

We also have a Blue Moon agent installed with the Sazdorf Troll clan since before the Starbrow insurrection. This agent may have instrumental in preventing the Aranwyth from joining the Starbrow insurrection, this office has no information regarding this. The agent is well placed and if needed a lead sling bullet should be sent to the usual place.The agent will contact you on due course.
