The maker of funeral urns. They are made from earth (clay). Pottery vessels are otherwise associated with abundance, and thus fertility, so for TKT to make them provides the required dark earth aspect.

Not a building as such...

An urn field surrounded by a bank and ditch, with a single causeway.

The bank and ditch separate the world of the living from the world of the dead, symbolically cut with a sweep of the Sword that is Death. Humakt stands on the causeway, permitting only one-way traffic (as it were). Ty Kora Tek lives nearby in a hovel, making funeral urns and gathering fire wood for pyres.

The urn field is at the edge of the tula. Conveniently, this places the ... disturbing... cultists away from everyone else, and the Humakti nearer to incoming raiders.
