This is a great idea - and similar to something I have been thinking about. The problem would be to make it (a) saleable and (b) not quickly absorbed into overlapping books released later. I'd guess that aiming for a book that is roughly quarters on (1) new rules, suggestions for running (2) heortling animists (3) hsunchen and (4) grazers might work very well, since none of this is likely to appear elsewhere, but much of it is useful, especially to those who are running in the Dragon Pass area currently being focused on.
