Absolutely. There are a number of problems with doing this, many of which have already been mentioned (and exaggerated). The A4 vs. letter size is an irrelevance - a slight white line across the bottom of an A4 page is the only result, and I certainly don't care about this. Obtaining the money is going to be the biggie. In my experience, collecting lots of small payments is going to be far more expensive than a single bigger one. A subscription of, say, $20 a year to obtain a series of unspecified downloads would, I'd have thought, been preferable for Issaries to releasing the same material on a pay per view basis.

However, at the end of the day, this is simply a lower level alternative (or preferably compliment) to the GTA, with the same aim - getting the material into proper books ASAP. That has to be worth supporting.
