In general, it is inclusive, not exclusive.

The "community" adjective here actually confuses the issue since this implies the wyter itself being worshipped, to me. But as an initiate she could be in any of the rites where Ernalda has a part.

Sure she could.She is doing the Ernalda worship, with whatever attachments it may have locally.

Absolutely (they are the same religion).

A good Heortlign Sartarite could go to Esrola and participate in their rites there.

An Ernalda initiate could participte in the Ernalda rites there. An Orlanthi initiate could particpate int he Orlanthi rites there (if he could find them).
