        This is what I was thinking, thanks. Which underlines the larger question. How much of "cult doctrine" is actually enforced by the "will of the god" and how much is opinions of the priests and worshippers. Uroxi are hard to fit into the Lunar way because their anti-Chaos urge cannot be separated from the god. Ernaldans can work around this, so they can be included. Similarly, a Darkness-worshipping Orlanthi tribe is possible where a Fire-worshipping tribe is not because Orlanth does not seem to have an entrenched hatred of the Darkness Tribe. (Elmali tribes are a different case; as far as I know, they limit their fire worship to Elmal). So how much of each case is "religion" and how much "politics" is worth asking.
