Ostor Colymar is located in the Enhyli clan lands. I think they are a horse-breeding Elmali Colymar clan.

Ostor Colymar may also be a person - perhaps the founder of the bloodline that lives in the village and around it?

Lismelder relations with the Enhyli clan are good - probably something to do with the proximity of the Marsh to both clans, and the Goodale Path (which is used for mutually beneficial trade).

Lismelder (especially the Greydog and Hillhaven clans) relations with the Orlmarth clan are bad. They have a long-running dispute over parts of the Starfire Ridges.

Realtions with the overall Colymar tribe are generally coloured by who is in charge, and how much influence the Orlmarth have. Relations were good with Leika, but have chilled during the time of Blackmor.
