They won't be detailed in Storm Tribe for that's really about Heortlings. Tarumathi are found in Talastar and the Heortlings hate them because old Lokamayadon was one. Thus far what is known about them. What follows is at worst my ill-informed speculation...
Although they are "mystics", Tarumathi won't follow the mysticism rules as described in the HW:RiG. That's relevant for only some Vithelan mystics (not for others and I have my doubts whether the Tareltarans follow it too).
Tarumathi follow the cult of "High Storm". Fortunately we do know of a "High Sun" cult around, Yelmalio (aka Daysenervus or Tharkantis) although the HW keyword for that isn't publicly available yet.
Hence I would give Tarumathi three storm affinities and related feats plus gifts and geases. The affinities and feats won't be all that spectacular (following the Yelmalio parallel) while the gifts and geases mode the worshipper into a Tarumathi. From a statement about Lok. in WF, I don't think they can thunder...
I think that the [devoted to tarumath] ability should have some trascendent power associated with it (I also think the same for Yelmalio but its keyword doesn't have any).
There may be a connection between the Tarumathi and the Orlanthi Magi (and the connection might be in Brolia).
