He's in Storm Tribe. He's a shared subcult between Humakt, Elmal & O. Allfather. I fought (successfully) to keep him from being a clone of the DH Polestar. He's the "Night Watchman", and is a lot like Heimdall, but works best at night, not on the Bifrost bridge...
