I think that you can find small enclosed Zzaburite schools/monasteries elsewhere than the west. I don't know why, but my recent readings about Zzabur and his actions encourage me to think about him as a wise Elminster/Olorin rather than a cruel Pan Tangian. His followers, apart from the supreme Brithini, should not sound so bad...
