For East Ralios, I often use Irish names, butchered to sound like they are spelled (i.e. as if spelled in English, not Irish); I typically simplify the spelling further, to help disguise their origin.

Temples are outside the fortifications on purpose. The Ernalda temple is near her fields, and Uralda's near her pastures. The temples inside the "town" are the professionals (Issaries, Lhankor Mhy).

BTW, the temple designs are by Simon Bray; a back burner project is to post his original sketches online, since they're considerably larger than the final images.
