It's the Dara Happan ("Plentonic") dating system as described in "Glorious ReAscent of Yelm".
That date means 111380 years since Yelm became Emperor during the Golden Age (supposedly). In more familiar terms, it's the year 380 Solara Tempora. 1625 ST would therefore be 112,625 by Dara Happan reckoning.
