The Cacodemon writeup I was using had a feat called 'Eat your Enemies In Secret' under the Ogre affinity.

But on the whole, most folks don't go out of their way to look for things like that - its those paranoid PCs that do it. =) (Chaos? Here? In the middle of Boldhome? You're out of your mind!)
