I know, but Esrolia must be really teeming. And Rhigos seems to have been elevated to a metropol, and it's not even 30 miles from Nochet.
Heortland is not earth magic specialists. They even have the Aeolians spoiling the effisciency of their magic, and that strip of land at the foot of the mountains still has a population of 500 000.
It seems to me that the scale is seriously off. At least by a factor of 2, and propably more.
