No official information exists (although I'll have to add a caveat in that I've not seen Barbarian Adventures yet).

The chief difference from Sun County is that up to three generations ago, the Dragon Pass Sun Domers were Elmali. Because of this a lot of the ordinary people would worship the Heortling cults (the farmers would worship Elmalhara). This is not the case in Sun County in which virtually all the farmers worship Yelmalio.

Well the Sun Domers are described as mercenaries in both places so I'd think their attitude to the Lunars is the same. As for women, the commoners (being heortlings) will have a better view of women, but the more pious priesthood and rulers will have a similar view to that of Sun County.

I don't think this would be done by breeding but rather that some EWF boffin partially acquired draconic features. IMO he would be a failed boffin for him to pass these features down to his kids.

I'm not too sure what you mean by inheritance. Features like snake's eyes? Or a guide to learning Auld Wyrmish?

Quite possibly.

You do realize there will be rivalry between the Dragon Sun and Argrath (Storm) and that this could break out into warfare between the two?

The Brown Dragon was woken long before Argrath gained the Battle Banner of the EWF. It's not even a given that Argrath even woke the Brown Dragon (KoS gives the strong impression that he claimed the credit for a deed of Kallyr).
