But political boundaries according to who? I see Sartar as containing lots of lands that are definately part of someone's tula, lots of lands that someone claims are part of their tula but no one can be bothered telling them why their wrong, and lots of lands that simply belong to no one (unless you need an excuse to argue...)
Fixing hard and fast boundaries, even if they only last for the figurative moment of the maps creation would actually make Sartar less solid for me.
