Andy Weill wrote a bunch of stuff, some of which I
agree with, and some of which I disagree with. Since
we can't seem to agree on premises, definition, facts,
or even what we are arguing about, I really can't get
up the energy to respond. So I won't, no doubt to the
great relief of those utterly uninterested in the
debate anyway.
